Time to prepare approx. 15 minutes
- 1 mango
- 2 oranges (pealed)
- 1 passion fruit
- a slice of ginger approx. 2 cm thick
- 1/2 a cup of organic oats
- 1 cup of homemade yogurt
- 2-3 cups of almond milk
- 1 tbsp. of turmeric (freshly grated or powder)
- coconut sugar or honey to sweeten
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
This Smoothie is my go to when my immune system is in need of a boost.
Since I add organic oats, it keeps me satisfied until lunch time.
